UPS Ground: Best for maintaining peak freshness.

Estimated Delivery: 1-5 business days, with roughly 90% of packages arriving within 3 business days.

Best For: Customers who prioritize receiving their roast as close to the roast date as possible.

UPS Ground Saver: Our most economical option.

Estimated Delivery: 2-7 business days.

Best For: Non-urgent orders where saving on shipping is priority. Note that this service may include a final delivery hand-off to USPS, which can add 1-2 days to the standard Ground timeline.

Roast-to-Ship Time: Orders Vary Between Ground & Whole Bean

Ground Coffee: Order will ship within 6 days from roast date keeping in mind that we still have to grind coffee beans prior to shipping out.

Whole Coffee Beans: Order will ship 3 days from roasting date keeping in mind that shipping will take at least 2 days to arrive to designated location to customer which will ensure peak freshness of beans to customer.

Packaging

We use air-tight bags with degassing valves to protect the beans from oxygen while allowing CO2 to escape during the 2-7 day transit.

Rates 

Weight and Considerations: UPS Ground Saver is typically most cost-effective for lightweight residential shipments under 5 lbs. For larger bulk orders (over 10 lbs). UPS Ground often becomes the more economical and faster choice.

Limitations

PO Boxes: UPS Ground generally does not deliver to PO Boxes. However, UPS Ground Saver typically can deliver to PO Boxes because of its integration with the USPS network.

 Tracking

Both service include tracking milestones (Pick-up, In-Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered).
