Hi, my name is April I'm the owner of Summerside Coffee!

My passion for roasting fresh coffee started when I walked into the Starbucks Reserve in New York. I quickly realized when I got back into Texas how there aren't many resources to be able to get freshly roasted coffee beans from. 

After tons of research and a lot of trial and error, I finally was able to roast the perfect medium range of coffee beans which smells exactly as if you walked into a coffee shop right after you open the airtight sealed coffee bean bag.
